This policy sets out how you may and may not use the Service. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service, and violating it can result in content removal or account termination.

Scope

About This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses OP TCG Trade Hub and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to follow it.

Prohibited

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following, or to help anyone else do them:

  • Post, share, or distribute illegal content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users, or post hateful content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
  • Engage in scams, fraud, deceptive trade offers, or other dishonest schemes.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  • Upload or share content that infringes another party’s intellectual-property or other rights.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service, or use bots or automated tools to abuse it.
  • Attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the Service’s security, authentication, or rate limits, or disrupt its availability.
  • Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk or promotional content.
Sexual content involving minors is strictly forbidden under a zero-tolerance policy. We will remove it, terminate the responsible account, and report it to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Moderation

Content Moderation

Content on the Service is user-generated and is not pre-moderated. We do not review content before it is posted. We may, but are not obligated to, review, remove, or restrict access to any content, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or our Terms.

Reporting

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content or conduct that violates this policy, report it to abuse@optcgtradehub.com. Please include enough detail for us to locate the content (such as a link, the nickname involved, and a description). For copyright complaints specifically, follow the process in our Copyright / DMCA Policy.

Enforcement

Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity and circumstances, a violation may result in a warning, removal of the offending content, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. We may also take any action required by law, including reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
