Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OP TCG Trade Hub (“the Service”), operated by Ayhan Okuyan. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are in the EU / EEA or the UK and below your country’s age of digital consent (13–16), you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

When you create an account, and again whenever we materially update these Terms, you must affirmatively confirm that you are at least 13 and that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We record the date and version you accepted.

The Service is an unofficial, fan-made tool for the One Piece Trading Card Game. It lets you coordinate wishlists, track owned cards and collections, browse and reference decklists, and play a rules-based game simulator.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at abuse@optcgtradehub.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Among other things, you agree not to misuse the Service, infringe others’ rights, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent our security or rate limits. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service — your wishlists, collections, decklists, and other contributions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you and, where you choose to share it, to the users you share it with.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any law or third-party right. User Content is not pre-moderated; we may remove content that violates our policies.

Card names, images, text, and similar data displayed in the Service are community-sourced and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Pricing information is obtained from third parties (including TCGPlayer) and some catalog data is sourced via Limitless.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any card data, pricing, or other information available through the Service is accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any loss arising from a user-to-user transaction or from reliance on card data or pricing.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero) or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct under Turkish law (Turkish Code of Obligations Art. 115) and any mandatory rights of consumers under Turkish Law No. 6502.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any dispute arising from a transaction between you and another user.

If you use the Service as a consumer, this indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by the consumer-protection law of your country, and nothing here removes rights you cannot waive.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove your content, at our discretion if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content license for already-shared content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

The One Piece Trading Card Game and related names, characters, logos, card images, and text are the property of their respective rights holders, including Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, and Eiichiro Oda. This Service is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those rights holders. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy for how to report infringing material.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the competent courts of Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice in the app or by email before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account before the change takes effect; continued use after that date means you accept the change.
